I caught a vision that doulas could help support a better birthing experience.
Research shows that having a continuous support person greatly improves the satisfaction of the birthing person.
It’s hard to overestimate the power of a continuous calm, affirming, therapeutic presence, which is what I bring. I’m here to validate, encourage and support YOU.

WHY DOULA?
Doulas provide emotional, psychological and physical support through the birthing process.
The constant presence of a support person empowers families to their own best birth experience.
I'll be on your birth team, cheering you on, with lots of comfort measures in my tool box to encourage relaxation and calm.
My job is to support your birth goals, whatever they may be.
