I'm captivated by the idea that your birth can be powerful, beautiful, life-altering experience.
I caught a vision that doulas could help a better birthing experience. Research shows that just having a person continuously in the room greatly improves the satisfaction of the birthing person. It’s hard to overestimate the power of a continuous, calm, affirming presence, which is what I bring. I’m here to validate, encourage and support YOU.
Some people are born with a doula nature - there is certainly training, education and skill that is vital to this work, but I am intrinsically built with a drive to walk with people through transition. You don't have to do the hard stuff alone.
I have a deep desire to support people toward their best selves, in this case, their best birth.
